Star USB Scanner Will Not Connect
The Star USB Scanner not connecting can be caused by one of many issues.
Possible causes include:
- Broken USB cable
- Broken device USB port
Steps:
1. Turn off the device and the tablet.
2. Unplug the Star USB scanner.

3. Turn on the device and the tablet again.
4. Plug in the Star USB scanner again.
