The Star Bluetooth Scanner not connecting can be caused by one of many issues.

Possible causes include:

  • Needs to be unplugged and reconnected
  • Bluetooth connection needs to be reset
     

Steps:

1. Turn off the device and the tablet.

2. Turn on the device and the tablet again.

3. Tap on the Optional Settings

4. Tap Manager Settings.

5. Enter the password and tap OK.

6. Tap Bluetooth.

7. Locate “HR200B” and tap to open.

8. Tap FORGET.

9. Tap FORGET DEVICE.

10. Tap Pair new device.

11. Tap “HR200B” to pair with the device again.

12. If there is still a connection issue, contact Support & Repair, see Contact & Support
