Set Up Corrective Action Sets for Inspections

Corrective Action Sets allow you to create predefined follow-up tasks or responses for staff when specific inspection answers require action.
Steps:
1. Create a Corrective Action Set
1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.
2. Click the Forms tab on the side bar.

3. Click Create/Edit Forms - Checklists - Inspections.

4. Click Corrective Actions.

5. Click + Create Action Set.

6. Enter a Corrective Action Set Name.

7. OPTIONAL: Enter a Description to provide extra context or instructions.
NOTE
Descriptions display in the Task Manager app to provide details when selecting an action.

8. OPTIONAL: Check the Allow Multiple Corrective Actions, if you want users to be able to select more than one corrective action.

9. Click + Add Action to create each corrective action response.

10. Repeat step 9 until all corrective action responses have been added.
11. Click Create Action Set.

2. Assign a Corrective Action Set to an Inspection Question
After creating the action set, set a Corrective Action Set to trigger after an inspection question.
1. Go to the Inspection

2. Click the edit button (pencil icon) next to the desired inspection.

3. Select the question that should trigger corrective actions.

4. Click Manage Logic.

5. Select an If Answer Is condition from the dropdown menu to create a trigger.

6. Under Then, select Corrective Action from the dropdown menu.

7. Under Corrective Action Type, select Predefined Action Set.

8. Choose the corrective action set you created.

9. Click + Add Trigger.

10. Click Save All Changes.
