Location Name vs Description Fields
Locations have location name and description fields available.
| Location Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Is the name of the physical location. | Used for filtering and categorizing locations. |
| Required field. | Optional field. |
| Must be unique. | Can be repeated. |
| Can be added to printer profiles. | Cannot be added to printer profiles. |
Location name and description display in the Locations tab in the portal and the About section on the app.
