Quick Labels

Quick Labels are label templates designed in the portal for printing non-items. Once created, they appear in the app under the purple Quick Labels button.
- Access and Management: Can be added or edited in the Quick Labels tab by a Portal administrator or DateCodeGenie manager.
- Permissions: Managers must have the Add or Edit Printer Profiles permission turned on (the same permission used to add printer profiles). To update access, see Permissions

WARNING
Quick labels have limited features to print on labels since not used for printing item labels.
Quick Labels:
- Are added using the same steps and fonts as printer profiles. See Printer Profiles
- Have fewer features available since not printing item data fields.
- Can be used for specialty labels such as:
- "Use First" label
- "Opened" labels
- "Sanitized" labels
- Catering or order labels
