The router is not fully connected if all three green lights are not solid green after being plugged in for five minutes.

Signs the router isn't fully connected include:

  • Status light stays red
  • Green lights continues to blink
  • One of the lights does not turn on

Steps:

1. Unplug the router from the outlet.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the router back in.

4. Wait 5 minutes for the three lights to turn solid green.
