Use Privacy Features
Privacy is a required feature in your company portal that allows data added to be set as Public, Private, or Scheduled. You must select a privacy setting for all items, printer profiles, and quick labels.
Public
Data will be downloaded and displayed on the DateCodeGenie App for the locations assigned.
Private
Data will NOT be downloaded or displayed on the DateCodeGenie App for the locations assigned.
- Use this setting when you want to add the data but are not ready to release to locations.
Scheduled
Data will be downloaded and displayed on the DateCodeGenie App for the locations assigned based on a set time frame.
- Additional fields will appear when using this setting to choose the Time Zone, Start Date, and End Date.
- Use this setting for a seasonal item that is available for a set period of time each year
