Create a "Sanitized" Label
Create a printer profile for clean equipment, dining, or food surfaces.
Use a quick label with the layout designer, see Manage Quick Labels.
Recommended printer profile features:
- Prepared Date: Logs when an item was cleaned for health inspection compliance. See Allowed to Edit Prepared Date and Time Permission, Use Date Fields in a Printer Profile and Date Fields
- Employee Name: Tracks who did the cleaning to ensure staff accountability.
- Custom Text ("Sanitized"): Shows the kitchen at a glance that the equipment is safe to use.
